ABOUT MY PLACE
Villa Alba Pesaro is a cosy holiday home for all your friends and family.
Set in the relaxing green hills of the Ardizio overlooking the sea, it's just a short drive down to the beach or you can go into town in a matter of minutes.
That's what I loved when I first saw it: that great vibe, teamed with the perfect location, in a protected zone, surrounded by local fauna and flora. Below the land lie many ancient Roman ruins with the original spring water of Fonte Saiano just a few hundred meters away. The water's so good that they used bottle and sell it in the 1700s, (some say this was the world's first bottled mineral water!).

THE VILLA
The whole villa is for you.
It has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people: 2 double beds, 1 French double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double-bed sofa. 2 bathrooms. 1 kitchen, 1 living room, a huge garden with a great view of the beautiful sea.

The villa also has two bathrooms one with a shower one with a bath tub. There is also a delightful shower in the garden, under an Olive tree.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all the latest mod cons, and for real cooks you can also have fun with the wood oven in the garden trying your hand at pizza or bread.

Bike lovers
Pesaro has 85 km of cycle paths, and just below the hill you'll find the most beautiful one stretching out along the top of the beaches for 6 km.
Beaches
Close to the house you'll find beautiful spacious free beaches as well as beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds for hire.
Free parking
The house is at the end of a private road. Parking will be not a problem.
What's more your privacy is guaranteed.
Al Fresco Dining
On the hill just front of you or on the beach below your house, you'll find some great Italian restaurants.
Sunrise or Sunset?
Both, on the same sea! Pesaro is a really unique place in Italy.
